Paul’s three-decade telecom journey spans the climb from cable field technician to President & CEO, where he expanded the firm from a regional central office EF&I player into tower, power, in-building wireless, and EV-infrastructure services leading to its 2021 acquisition. 

Outside the C-suite, Paul is the elected President of the New York State Wireless Association, championing workforce development and safety across the region’s 5G build-out. 

His growth-minded, quality-driven leadership now anchors Aetheron—setting the culture and operational rigor that turn visionary connectivity ideas into dependable, scalable realities.

A strategic, technically fluent leader with 12+ years in in-building wireless, Brendan built and ran the in-building wireless practice in his previous role, where he steered large-scale campus and venue roll-outs, as well as forged key carrier alliances. 

A frequent industry voice, he has presented at regional and national technical events and has contributed content for topics ranging from public safety, to private wireless, and carrier wireless technologies.
